Pricing starts at $175 plus ingredients and includes process plus hero shots and a minimum of 20 high res jpgs. Pricing variables are available upon request.
REAL ESTATE
Price includes downloadable digital files, basic lighting edits and enhancements, wall straightening, small object removal, sky replacement for up to 3 photos, and quick-touch window pull where applicable.

2001 – 3000 sq ft ………………………………….$150 (20 – 30 photos guaranteed)
3001 – 4000 sq ft ………………………………….$175 (20 – 30 photos guaranteed)

Exterior photos only ………………………………$35 (5 – 10 photos)
Extra Add-on Fees:
- Adding lights to burned-out bulbs, flames to candles, or working fireplaces – $15/photo
- Blue hour (twilight) – $100 (3 – 5 photos)
- Detailed Photoshop removal – estimate given upon evaluation of photo between photographer and agent/owner.
- Mileage: .57/mile after 10 miles (miles calculated by fastest route via Google Maps)
Additional Information:
Photos will be available and submitted via Google Drive link upon pre-arranged date between agent/owner and photographer.
Payment is due upon receipt of digital invoice and can be made through PayPal.
All photos and rights relating to them remain the sole and exclusive property of Jenell Photography. Client is granted the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the photos only for promotional or advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property. Photos used for any purpose not directly related to the sale of the property must be with the express permission of Jenell Photography and the payment of additional fees unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
FAMILY PORTRAITS
Session prices:
- This price covers the cost of the shoot only.
- Shoot location is your choice within a 20 mile radius of Dublin, Ohio.
- Includes online proof gallery.
Family Sessions: $100
A family session is considered one family unit consisting of dad/mom/child(ren).
Extended Family Session: $150
Extended family includes family plus any of the following: grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.
Additional Separate Family Groupings: $20
Digital Files:
Files come in both full size and compressed file sizes

21-40 digital files……..$200
All digital files……………$400
*Lighting, straightening, and color-balancing edits are included. Blemishes, and other photo adjustments will incur an extra charge of $10-$20/photo depending on edits needed.
